Our Twelve Step Preparation Process includes:

1.  Pressure washing with mildewcide

2.  Replace/repair any visibly rotted materials (as specified in written estimate)

3.  Patch any holes/cracks in stucco, siding, trim

4.  Caulk in window and door trim and any areas needing additional protection 

5.  Seal rust and rusty nail heads

6.  Scrape/sand any areas of failing paint

7.  Spot prime any exposed bare wood

8.  Trench around foundation

9.  Reset loose or popped nails

10. Remove and replace or mask fixtures and hardware, windows, etc.

11. Cover all walkways, porches, patios, plants as needed

12. Do any other preparation necessary to restore your home
